Alberta Deep Basin- Installation of a 15,000 bbl/day sour condensate stabilizer at an existing gas plant, including separation, compression, and two 25,000 bbl field-fabricated tanks
- Pipelines, compressors and battery upgrades to connect newly drilled Monteny, and Dunvegan wells to existing production infrastructure
- Fast-tracked shallow gas well tie-in programs for a small exploration and production company
- Detailed design and installation support for 500 to 1000 HP compressor stations complete with inlet separation and sales gas dehydration
- Prepared typical site-specific drawing packages to support MOC reviews and installation of tie-ins to existing third party gathering systems
- Installation of a 360 HP compressor package followed by a choke plant for hydrocarbon dew point control followed by installation of on a high deliverability gas well
- Design and project management to relocate and tie-in separation and measurement facilities from an ATCO Pipelines meter station to a compressor/dew point control station connected to the TransCanada system
- Preliminary and detailed design, AER re-licensing, procurement and construction support for installation of a new horizontal FWKO and group treater and associated piping and instrumentation at an existing sour, heavy oil battery and water flooding hub
- AER permit acquisition and compilation of audit-readiness packages for sour crude oil emulsion production well tie-ins and sour produced water injection pipelines
- Preliminary and detailed design, long-lead equipment procurement and project management for a new 1200 barrel per day crude oil battery
- Detailed design, procurement, regulatory approval support and project management for installation of turbine-driven generators to use sour flare gas to generate 1.6 MW of power at an existing battery
